- Prohibited Approach Boundary
- Glove Rating Requirements
- Glove Voltage Requirements

NFPA 70E and the
National Electrical Code requires that the label be placed on:
- Meter Sockets
- Switch or Breaker Panels
- Fuse Panels
- Motor Control Centers
- MCC Buckets
- Hard Wired Disconnects
- Machine Control Disconnect
- Or any electrical panel likely to be serviced by a
worker while energized.

| This label (at right) was placed
throughout a facility and did not meet the OSHA and NFPA
required size for field markings based on ANSI z535 sign
standard. This is a very critical standard and must be
adhered to. The notification must be able to be read
from outside the risk boundary area. In this case, the
facility was found "Not in Compliance".
