| A Mitigation
Study looks for areas with higher than normal or
unacceptable levels of incident energy that a worker
might be exposed to. ITU engineers will utilize the
newest technology to challenge your device values
and settings to determine if there are any simple
adjustments that could be made to help reduce the
potential for injury and damage. ITU
engineers will look for economical actions such as
protective device clearing time adjustments,
implementing alternative relaying schemes, Lowering
fuse or device values, or other economical solutions
to lower the risk to your workers and to your
facility. Then report those finding to you.
